1. Immediately on the purchase of goods with invoice, the purchaser would get eligible for the guarantee extended by Amba Panel India Pvt. Ltd.
2. The Guarantee is valid for a specified period, as per the product ID from the date of purchase against specified defect(s) only.
3. The purchase of ADVANCE ® products must be registered with the company within 1 week from the date of purchase (invoice).
4. In case of any Complaints, the consumer shall notify the company in writing or through email (customerhelpdesk@advanceplywood.com) along with the evidence of purchase (Invoice Copy in the consumer’s name).
5. Upon the receipt of the complaint, Amba Panel India Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to depute their authorized representatives to the consumer’s Premises for physical Examination/verification of the alleged defect/damaged portion of the material.
6. The company reserves the right to take samples from defective/damaged portion of the product for the further testing at its own laboratory or any other renowned NABL accredited laboratory in India.
7. The findings of authorized personnel and the testing facility would be binding and final for all the parties. The authority to establish the claim and process of guarantee rests solely with Amba Panel India Pvt. Ltd.
8. Any claim regarding additional cost incurred in the material during the process of conversion into the various articles, either on lab or on any other complimentary material like paints, lacquer, polish, Hardware, laminates, veneer, fittings, varnish or any other goods how ever used with ADVANCE ® product or any other loss described, will not be covered under the guarantee.
9. The company will in no event be liable or obligated for payment of any special, incidental or consequential damages. The company expressly denies the right of any person to incur or assume for it any other liable or obligation in connection with sale of Plywood and other wood Panel Products.
10. Upon physical/Chemical examination, verification and testing, if it is established that the plywood is genuine product of Amba Panel India Pvt. Ltd. and the damages occurred to the alleged material falls under the specified terms & conditions of guarantee, the same will be replaced by the company in equal quantity of the plywood which has been actually damaged.
11. Claims if any, to this guarantee shall be made before the courts having jurisdiction in Ghaziabad only.
12. This guarantee automatically terminates on the expiry of the guarantee/warranty period of the specific product, even in the case the plywood or other wood panels are not being used in the specified period.
13. Guarantee does not extend to damages from causes such as floods, Earthquake, fire or force majeure.
14. Guarantee is not applicable in case of keeping plywood of furniture on ‘ Kucha Floor’ keeping close proximity to water or extreme moisture condition or any other similar contingencies & severely pest infected environment.
15. Bad workmanship, inappropriate use of cutting and finishing tools also makes the warranty/guarantee void.
16. Guarantee will not be applicable if ADVANCE Plywood or Furniture made from ADVANCE plywood are kept in pest infected environment.
17. Soil testing reports and routine soil and surface treatment by a recognized agency is necessary for claiming damages against termite and borer attack. These reports may be asked to be furnished, if needed.
18. Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damages, physical changes, storages led bending, seepage driven damages, improper handling or abnormal use.
19. Warranty is also not applicable if guidelines for the usage of the specified product is ignored or not followed properly.
20. Warranty is not applicable if Advance ® branded plywood and blockboards are used with any other brand of plywood or panel products or with untreated timber for furnishing, construction or fabrication.
21. Warranty/Guaranty is not applicable if Advance ® branded plywood and blockboards are used with any other brand Decorative Laminate Sheets/Surfaces other than Advance® brand of Laminates.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSE’S

1. Normal temperature range of installation surroundings considered is 50C up to 500C continuous exposure. Warranty is not applicable for installations in temperature conditions beyond the recommended range.
2. Warranty subject to interiors & interior surfaces in the Relative Humidity (RH) range of 30% to 60% (conforming to WHO guidelines).
3. For termite & borer attack warranty, it is understood that standard treatment practices need to be followed in the surrounding areas of installation, such as termite/pest treatments for civil masonry, base of building, and floors. Termite & borer attack replacement warranty period will BE VOID, in case of untreated/unmaintained surroundings.
4. Wherever there is a possibility of repair in situations of a rare warranty failure, such repairs shall be immediately suggested & appropriate plywood replacement initiated by API without questions, in discussion with respective applicators/designers.
5. Replacement warranty does not apply in the case of buildings without occupancy & maintenance for more than 03 months, and during out-of-control situations of damages caused due to natural disasters, vandalism, forceful demolition, foul play, and in cases of fire-spread.
6. Warranty limited to plywood replacement in full or part, only. API will not be responsible/accountable for application/usage/design/structure mistakes and ignorance of application on the part of contractors/applicators/ designers/carpenters/ masons.
7. 60 YEARS (LIFE TIME)

Notes:

ADVANCE ® – brand label of plywood represented by its authorised Dealer Partners, Brand representative(s) & the Manufacturer. Replacement – refers to the replacement of identified plywood sheets with the identical form (wood species, treatment, label, thickness & size) of material supplied at the time of billing, within the same warranty period. [Change in wood species, if any, due to resource unavailability of the same at the time of replacement shall be promptly communicated with the billed customer.] Periodic maintenance – refers to regular maintenance undertaken from time to time in the case of wooden/natural-material civil/modular structures and installations, at least once every 3 years (36 months) for exteriors, & at least once every 5 years (60 months) for interiors, from the date of billing. Maintenance – involves regular/continuous checking for any attention requirements in specific areas of installations, paint/coatings ‘touching-up’, clearing surroundings of installation from – debris, organic wastes, and colony development of parasitic/material-consuming soil/surface organisms & similar acts of regular checks & corrections. Installation – any use of ADVANCE Ply ® as a material input in part or as a major input in interior or exterior works, as mutually agreed up on by both the billed customer & API.

Caution: AMBA PANEL INDIA PVT. LTD. (API) will not be responsible for false commitments and undertakings made by any of our business associates with regard to performance & application of our plywood, beyond the written scope of this Warranty. It is expected that customers shall obtain any project customisation-related confirmation in writing from AMBA PANEL INDIA PVT. LTD. (API)
